Best tier in this boutique Old Town building. End unit with 2 bed / 2 baths with great layout, wrap around balcony and skyline views. The listing price is right on the money, however, there is a new apartment development starting just south of the property that could impair some of the views. In my opinion, this new development will be a plus for the neighborhood. Few views go unobstructed forever. I was a member of the sales group in 2003-05 when these units initially sold, it was well known at that time that the views would not be permanent. All of the south facing units in the 230 W Division building a.k.a The Venetian still sold quickly. This is a good opportunity.
