I’ve been involved in Chicago real estate since 2003 and I’m obsessed with this market and the unlimited opportunities it presents. I have the privilege of working with Chicago Buyers and Sellers who are looking for something more from their real estate experience. My clients include residential developers, investors and those looking to buy and sell their primary residence.
When I first ventured into Chicago real estate, I was fortunate to team up with a group of entrepreneurial-minded brokers. We quickly became one of the top selling teams in Chicago by focusing on residential development and multifamily investment sales. By 2006, I was involved with the sales and marketing of condo development projects ranging from $1,500,000 to $90,000,000+.
Today, I’m still drawn to new construction residential development, but it’s more about the process than the end-goal of selling and moving on to the next project. I tend to work with people who think outside the box and appreciate honesty and integrity. My approach is straight forward and consultative, assisting my clients with determining what type of asset or home is the best fit for their immediate and long-term needs, while providing an unprecedented level of customer service and transaction management.
You’ll find me throughout Chicago, but I tend to work more in the neighborhoods on the near west and near north sides. I love selling multifamily properties, unique homes and condos and of course all types of new construction projects.
I'm a long-time Chicago resident and currently reside in the Old Town neighborhood. I keep my eyes on up and coming neighborhoods both for real estate purposes and because I enjoy getting out to see what makes each one unique.
