Meet Brent Hall
I sell real estate in downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods. Many of my clients are residential developers, real estate investors and buyers & sellers of multifamily properties with value-add and owner-occupy possibilities.
I started working professionally in real estate in 2003, as part of a group of entrepreneurial-minded brokers. We quickly became one of the top selling teams in Chicago, by focusing on residential development and multifamily investment sales. By 2006, I was involved with the sales & marketing initiatives of condo developments ranging from $1,500,000 to $90,000,000+.
Today, I continue to be drawn to the new construction and multifamily investment side of real estate. The process of sourcing and analyzing new opportunities, uncovering in-demand assets and working with my clients to bring their visions and investment goals into realty is very rewarding. My approach is straight forward and consultative, with the singular goal of assisting my clients determine what type of asset is the best fit for their immediate or long-term needs.
I'm a long-time Chicago resident and currently reside in the Old Town neighborhood. I keep my eyes on up and coming neighborhoods both for real estate purposes and because I enjoy getting out to see what makes each one unique.
