Background
I’ve been involved in real estate sales and marketing since 2003 and I’m continually amazed with this market and the unlimited opportunities it presents. I have the privilege of working with Buyers and Sellers who are looking for something more from their real estate experience. My clients include residential developers, investors and those looking to buy and sell their primary residence.
When I ventured into the business, I teamed up with a group of entrepreneurial minded agents who quickly became one of the top selling teams in Chicago, by focusing on new construction and multifamily investment sales. By 2006, I was involved with the sales and marketing of condo development projects ranging from $1,500,000 to $90,000,000+.
Today, I’m still drawn to residential development. I enjoy the process of finding new sites and working with developers to plan a project from start to finish. My business is also comprised of clients looking to buy and sell a home or investment property.
My approach is straight forward and consultative, assisting my clients with answering the tough questions that come up when buying and selling real estate, while striving to provide a realistic and unbiased point of view.
My favorite type of property to sell is anything new construction, but also unique homes and condos with tons of character and interesting design.
