Logan Square Condos Selling Fast

Volo Development’s latest Logan Square project, located at 3014, 3018 and 3022 W Lyndale Street, is bucking the slowing real estate trend in Chicago and selling at a fast clip. In the first two weeks on the market since completing the first of three buildings, the project is 44% sold out. The most popular unit has been the 3-bedroom | 2.5-bath duplex home that comes in around 2700 SF and is priced at $849,000. The 2-bedroom | 2-bath simplex homes range from approximately 1500-1600 SF and are priced from $589,000 - $699,000.

The uniqueness of the homes and limited inventory for larger condominiums in the area is helping to drive sales early in the year. Most of the competing inventory is built on 25’ wide lots whereas these homes are built on 33.5’ wide lots. The difference between these homes and the competition is night and day. Volo doesn’t skimp on the finishes either. High-end kitchens and baths complete with quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, semi-custom cabinetry and imported tiles set the bar for what buyers in today’s market expect to see.
