For a commission rebate up to 1% on our new construction listings, the qualifying property must be an Exclusive Listing of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and Brent Hall and must offer a cooperating commission of at least 2.25%. Buyers cannot be represented by or have a Buyer’s Agreement with a REALTOR or real estate agent. To qualify for a Realtor Commission Refund (home buyer rebate) for Non-Exclusive Listings, Buyers must sign an exclusive Buyer’s Agreement with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and Brent Hall and the listing must offer a cooperating commission of at least 2.25%. Lender approval is required for Commission Refunds. Unless subject to any of the aforementioned limitations or otherwise specified by the buyer or lender, the Commission Refund will be applied during escrow as a credit, with any remainder paid to the buyer by check after the close of escrow.
