Volo Development’s latest Logan Square project, located at 3014, 3018 and 3022 W Lyndale Street, is bucking the slowing real estate trend in Chicago and selling at a fast clip.

The plans are to replace the existing 2-unit structure with a new single-family home. Built on a 138 foot deep lot, the home will feature 5-bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full finished basement and big back yard.
